ACES, as a first-of-its-kind arts intermediary and intelligence base in South-East Asia, aims to create bridges and promote partnerships between cultural organizations, artistes, and business people in the greater Asian geography. ACES seeks to draw SME businesses to support artistic projects through Spotlight Singapore, a cultural exchange platform which aims to cultivate close relationships between Singapore and other nations.

The non-profit set up will also provide talented artistes from Asia with resources and access to information, catalyzing further content creation and collaboration between artistes. One way ACES hopes to do this is through developing a comprehensive knowledge database on the arts and culture of South-East Asia, to enable local and foreign arts talent and agents to learn more about South-East Asia art content. At the same time, the business community can also access this information to learn about and explore opportunities to support the arts.
