The world's largest mobile transaction network, mBlox, recently launched a Global Network Management Center (NMC) in Singapore to provide upgraded monitoring and maintenance capabilities to its network. mBlox specialises in simplifying the complexities - commercial and technical - of mobile billing and message transmission for its clients.
The California-based company is investing over S$2 million (US$1.4 million) and expanding its Singapore Network Operations Center to further monitor detailed network activity around the clock in Asia, as well as in the US and UK. The company's customer support division will now be able to easily access their customer data from a single location and trace individual transactions, enhancing overall customer service.
"Our ongoing investment in the latest technology and equipment not only reduces our operational costs but, more importantly, strengthens our capabilities and 24/7 service support levels to all of our customers in North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions," says Justin Leese, Senior Vice President, Technology and Operations, mBlox.
mBlox's new Center is a testament to Singapore's attractiveness as an ideal location for companies to grow their global markets due to its excellent infrastructure, connectivity and talent pool.
