JTC Corp has unveiled a slew of changes to its e-services by consolidating the different sites into one main address.
Named "Krypton" by the creators of Singapore's JTC Corp's website, it is the one-stop information site for customers, providing them convenience in administration matters. These include renewal of tenancy or online payments for their shop space.
And this revamp has seen encouraging feedback from the people who matter most - JTC's customers. "We particularly like the ease of navigation and user-friendliness of Krypton, and found the prompt online reminders for viewing e-statements most useful," says Vincent Chia, General Manager, Kimly Food Holdings.
The website's revamp represents JTC's commitment and efforts to work in partnership with its customers to shorten administrative processes and hence cut down unnecessary time and costs to facilitate their businesses. "I will most certainly give JTC a 9/10 rating for its prompt and professional service. The warmth and personal touch shown in dealing with its business partners place them above the competition both locally and overseas," says Dr. Claus Kobusch, Managing Director, Mankiewicz Singapore.
