Fraudulent Email Alert |

It has come to EDB’s attention that emails by fraudsters impersonating Mr Lim Siong Guan, the Chairman of EDB, 'EDB Semiconductor Company Limited’, a company which does not legally exist, and EDB’s website URL ‘www.sedb.com’ is in circulation. These fraudulent emails request for assistance in business development and ask for personal information, with a promise of commission remuneration.
These emails are neither issued by Mr Lim Siong Guan nor the Singapore Economic Development Board.
The Singapore Police Force has already been informed and is investigating the matter. If you receive any suspicious email, please email us at clientservices@edb.gov.sg, or call us at (+65) 6832 6832 during normal office hours. You should NOT respond to or reveal your personal information in such suspicious emails or letters.
